The Roseway Theatre was a neighborhood theatre in northeast Portland and was, at one time, owned and/or operated by Walter E. Tebbetts (alternately listed in contemporary materials as William E. Tebbetts).

Portland’s street numbering changed in 1933.

The theatre was closed circa 2000 and the building was significantly damaged by fire in 2020 and has remained closed.
